Order Confirmation Email
If your order has been completed, an "Order Confirmation Email (automated)" will be sent immediately to the email address you registered.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check the reasons below before placing another order, and then contact us.
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been shipped, a "Shipping Confirmation Email (automated)" containing the tracking number will be sent to you.
To customers who do not receive emails after placing an order:
Order confirmation emails may not be received due to communication issues or settings. There are mainly four possible causes, so please check them before contacting us.
① If you are using a carrier email (au, Docomo, Softbank, etc.)
Your email may be blocked by your carrier's spam settings. Please check your reception settings and contact us.

② If there is an error in the email address you entered
There may have been an error in the email address entered when placing the order. In that case, we will investigate, so please contact us once.
③ Filtering to spam folder / Refusal to receive emails
Please set your email to receive emails from the following domain:

④ Insufficient mailbox capacity
If your mailbox is full, you will not be able to receive new emails. Please clear unnecessary emails to free up space.
