Shipping is free of charge for all products regardless of country or region.

All products will be shipped after inspection, and if they do not meet our standards at the time of inspection, we will replace the good and recheck, so it will take more time than usual to ship and arrive. Please understand this in advance.
Please understand in advance that we may take longer than usual depending on traffic conditions or when orders are concentrated.
We will notify you by e-mail if we are forced to take more than one month due to traffic conditions or other factors. Please understand that we cannot cancel your order due to the unstable situation of recent years, such as epidemic disease outbreaks.
If the product is out of storage, it will be discarded. We will not be able to reship, refund, or deliver a replacement product. We recommend that you contact the delivery company in case of long-term absence.
For customers paying by convenience store or bank transfer, we will not be able to secure the merchandise until the payment is completed. If the product is sold out before payment is completed, or if payment is made after the product is sold out, please be assured that the full amount of the product will be refunded.
Please note that we are unable to specify the date of arrival due to international airmail delivery from overseas warehouses.
Regarding long-term absence and incomplete addresses
If you are absent for more than 7 days from the date of arrival, the product will expire and we will not be able to resend it. Please understand this beforehand. We recommend that you contact the delivery company if you are absent for an extended period of time.
If there is an error in the delivery address, the delivery company will hold the package for 7 days due to an unknown address. Please check the delivery status frequently after the delivery completion e-mail is sent.

If cancellations due to customer's convenience (long-term absence or incomplete address) continue, we may take measures to restrict the payment method.
*If you fail to receive your order after the storage period has expired due to a long-term absence or an incomplete address, the item will be returned to the shipper and destroyed. We will not be able to refund any money in the event that the package is not picked up and destroyed. Please understand this in advance.

Sales Price and Other Necessary Fees
The selling price shall be the amount indicated (indicated price/including consumption tax).

Handling of defective products
Damaged or defaced products, or products that are different from what you ordered
If the product is defective, faulty, or damaged, or if the product you ordered is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a good product (shipping costs will be borne by us in such cases). (Please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please note that we may ask you to send us a photo or return the damaged item to us for warranty coverage.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to defects, stains, or damage to the product caused by our company. We will exchange the product for a good one (same color and size). If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a refund.
We do not accept refunds or size/color changes.
If we are unable to exchange for a good item because we are out of stock, we will issue a full refund according to the payment method. In the case of payment at a convenience store, the refund will be made by us, not at the store.
When exchanging for a good product, we will ask you to return the main unit, the original box, and all accessories. If the original box and accessories are missing, the item cannot be exchanged for a good one.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for good items in any of the following cases.
Wrong size, wrong image, wrong actual size, wrinkles, etc., due to the customer's convenience.
In the case that there is no problem to wear the item except for obvious damage or stains such as stains or tears.

(In rare cases, pockets may be sewn on coats, jeans, etc., but this is to prevent dust from getting inside during storage and is not a defective item. Please use a ripper to open the pockets by yourself. (Please note that the button holes will be drilled by the customer himself.)
Because of the overseas products, there is the case that the sewing is not perfect. There are cases such as fraying, threading, no laundry tag, wrinkles, beads and buttons are not sewn properly. We ask that you purchase with understanding.
In principle, we do not accept any cancellation, return, or change (color or size) for customer's convenience after the order is completed for both regular and reserved items.
However, if you wish to cancel your order after completing the order and payment for your convenience, we will refund you the following amount of money after deducting the cancellation fee from the amount you paid.
Cancellation Fee:60% of the total amount paid plus a Settlement Fees (in the case of refunds by bank transfer, the handling fee will also be charged).
Refund Method
The method of refund depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made by bank transfer or other payment methods.
We do not accept refunds in the event that the customer refuses or declines to accept the returned merchandise. Please understand this beforehand.

*For bank transfer and payment at convenience stores, we will start preparing products after payment is completed. Even if your order is completed, we will not be able to hold your items until your payment is completed. Paidy (deferred payment)
- Invoices will be issued on the first day of the following month after the end of the month for confirmed monthly billings, and notification will be sent via e-mail or SMS (short message) by the third day of the month.
- Payment methods are convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and account transfer.
- Payment is due by the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the debit will be made on the 12th*. However, the payment date for January and May may be the 20th*.
- A handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing) depending on the payment method. For convenience store payments, 356 jpy (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. No payment fee will be charged for account transfers.

Order Expiration Date
For customers paying by bank transfer or convenience store payment, if payment is not confirmed within 3 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.
