【Cancellations and Returns】
For both regular and pre-order items, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer convenience after the order has been completed.
In addition, changes to order details (color, size, etc.) due to customer convenience after order completion are generally not accepted. This is because our inventory fluctuates rapidly, making system modifications difficult, and to prevent potential issues such as handling errors that may arise from change requests.

【Defective Products】

【About Products】

Additionally, in the production process, very rarely, there may be slight unannounced changes in material composition, presence or absence of pockets or badges, and specifications such as design and color. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
-About Basting Stitches-
Rarely, the pockets of clothing may be basted with temporary stitches. This is a specification to prevent deformation during storage and to keep out dust, and it is not a defect.
When removing the threads, if you use a "seam ripper" instead of scissors, you can open them cleanly without damaging the fabric. We kindly ask you to open them yourself.
