[Cancellation and return policy]

For both regular and pre-order items , we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or changes (color or size) for customer reasons after the order has been placed. Please be sure to check before placing your order.

If the product you receive is "defective" or "delivered incorrectly," we apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the defective product policy and contact TAGEECHITA customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

[About the product]

The product photos are samples. Colors may vary slightly depending on the lighting, the device used, and other factors. This is especially true for denim fabrics, which are prone to color variations during the washing process. Please note that slight changes may occur to specifications (design, color, size, pockets, badges, material mix, etc.) during the production process without prior notice.

-About fitting-

In rare cases, pockets on clothing may be basted with basting thread, but this is to prevent the garment from losing its shape during storage and to prevent dust from getting in, so it is not a defect. If you use a seam ripper instead of scissors, you can open the pockets cleanly, so we ask that you open them yourself.
