Q : How long will it take for the product to arrive?

A. The following are guidelines for shipping:

*Due to production circumstances, the expected delivery date may be earlier or later than expected.

*For US deliveries, it will take an additional 3-5 business days on top of the above.

Q: How much is shipping?

A. Shipping is free for all products , regardless of country or region.

 

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. The following payment methods are available.

*Depending on the payment method, a set fee may be charged.

*For convenience store payments, we will begin preparing the product after payment is complete. Please note that even if your order is complete, the item may be sold out before payment is complete.

*If payment is not made within 3 days of completing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Q. I haven't received the order completion email.

A. When your order is complete, we will send an "Order Completion Email (automatic email)" to the email address you used to place your order.

*If you do not receive an order completion email, please refer to this before placing your order again .

Q. I would like to change the address and email address used when placing an order.

A. Yes, you can change your email address. If you wish to change your email address, please contact us by filling out the following three items:

・Name when ordering

・Previous address

・Address you wish to change

A. You can only change your shipping address before the product is shipped . If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us by filling out the following three items:

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for either regular or pre-order items due to customer reasons after the order has been placed.

Q. Can I change the color or size after placing an order?

A. Once your order is complete, we will begin preparing your order as soon as possible. Therefore, to prevent any issues, we generally cannot accept any changes (to the color or size).

Q. I received a defective product. What should I do?

A. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is "defective" or "delivered incorrectly," we apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the defective product policy and contact TAGEECHITA customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

*We will exchange the product for a good one (same item).

*Refunds are not accepted.

Q. The size doesn't fit. Can I return or exchange the product?

A. We are very sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products in order to prevent any problems.

Q. I'd like to know more about the product.

A. We have styling advisors on staff, so please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about clothing, sizes, or fabrics before purchasing.

 

Q. I would like to know if the item will be restocked.

A. If there is a high demand for an item, we may restock it. We recommend that you set up a restock notification, which can be done in the order button section of each product page.

 

Q. Regarding requests for receipts

A. We do not issue receipts.

Issuing a receipt when purchasing from an online store will result in "double issuance," and both the buyer and the seller may be held liable for " forgery of a private document bearing a seal ." Therefore, please use the details issued by each payment method as a receipt.
