Q : How long will it take for the product to arrive?

A. The following are guidelines for delivery:

*The expected delivery date may be earlier or later than expected due to production reasons.

*For deliveries to the US, please allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the above.

Q: How much is shipping?

A. Shipping is free for all products , regardless of country or region.

 

Q.What payment methods are available?

A. You can use the following payment methods.

*Depending on the payment method, a set fee may be charged.

*For convenience store payments, we will begin preparing the product after payment is complete. Please note that even if your order is complete, the product may be sold out before payment is complete.

*If payment is not made within 3 days of completing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Q: I haven't received the order completion email.

A. When your order is complete, we will send an "Order Completion Email (automatic email)" to the email address you entered when placing your order.

Q. I want to change the address and email address used when placing my order.

A. Yes, it is possible to change your email address. If you wish to change your email address, please contact us by filling out the following three items :

・Address before change

・Address you wish to change

A. You can only change your shipping address before the product is shipped. If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us with the following three details :

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for either regular or pre-order items due to customer reasons after the order has been completed.

Q. Can I change the color or size after placing my order?

A. After your order is complete, we will begin preparing the product as soon as possible. Therefore , we cannot accept any changes (color or size) to prevent any problems.

Q. I received a defective item. What should I do?

A. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or misdelivered, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please read the defective product policy and contact TAGEECHITA customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.

*We will exchange it for a good product (same item).

*Refunds will not be accepted.

Q. The size doesn't fit. Can I return or exchange the product?

A. We are very sorry, but in order to prevent any problems, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products.

Q: I'd like to know more about the product.

A. We have styling advisors on staff. If you have any questions about clothing, sizes, or fabrics, please contact us before purchasing.

 

Q. I would like to know if there will be a restock.

A. If there are many requests, we may restock the item. We recommend that you set up a restock notification in the order button section of each product page.

 

Q. Regarding requests for receipts

A. We do not issue receipts.

Issuing a receipt when purchasing from an online store will result in "double issuance" and both the buyer and the seller may be held liable for " forgery of a private document with a seal ." Therefore, please use the details issued by each payment method as a receipt.
